I am marking this 4th of July claiming my independence! After 19 years working in the field of education in public and private school systems, I have had my on experiences dealing with issues of diversity and inclusion being male in a predominantly female profession and Puerto Rican. So now I have decided that it was time to embrace the next evolution in my career and use my unique talents in becoming a diversity & inclusion consultant to help school leaders and educators in Lancaster, PA embrace the value diversity has to offer this community.
